This strategic move positions Grasshopper Bank as the exclusive banking partner for depository and selected lending services to AAA members across ACG\u2019s 14-state territory, pending regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The merger, which received unanimous approval from both companies\u2019 boards of directors, is anticipated to finalize in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mike-butler-70027013\/\">Michael Butler<\/a>, Chairman and CEO of Grasshopper and Grasshopper Bank, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, \u201cWe are excited to integrate Grasshopper Bank\u2019s award-winning digital banking experience into Auto Club Trust\u2019s marketing strategy.
