London-Based AI Startup Noxus Secures £1.2M in Pre-Seed Funding

London-based artificial intelligence startup Noxus has raised £1.2 million in pre-seed funding to advance its AI workforce platform. The funding round was led by SFC Capital and will support the development and scaling of the company’s technology, as well as its operational expansion.

Noxus is focused on helping enterprises integrate AI into their workforce seamlessly, enabling businesses to deploy AI-powered teams without needing to build systems from scratch. The company’s AI operating system allows large enterprises to establish AI “co-workers” to manage repetitive tasks and streamline complex workflows. These AI colleagues operate under human supervision, assisting businesses in scaling their teams efficiently.

According to João Pedro, co-founder and CEO of Noxus, while industry leaders such as Klarna have embraced AI-driven workforces to enhance productivity and efficiency, the majority of European businesses—especially those outside the tech sector—are still struggling to leverage AI’s potential.

“Ultimately, our mission is to help close Europe’s productivity gap so organizations of all shapes and sizes can thrive in an increasingly competitive global landscape,” Pedro said.

With this fresh capital, Noxus aims to accelerate AI adoption among enterprises and drive innovation in workforce automation.
