Porto-based smart facilities management platform Infraspeak has announced the successful closure of an oversubscribed €18 million Series B funding round, marking a major milestone in its mission to simplify facilities management through collaborative intelligence. The round was led by Endeit Capital, with participation from other prominent investors, including Bright Pixel Capital, Caixa Capital, Innovation Nest, and Indico Capital Partners.

This funding boost will fuel Infraspeak’s global expansion, enhance its collaborative platform, and strengthen its position as a leader in facilities management across Europe, Latin America, and Africa.

Redefining Facilities Management

Infraspeak’s innovative platform brings together every key player involved in a building’s operation—ranging from maintenance teams and compliance officers to service providers and even building visitors. By fostering seamless collaboration, Infraspeak is transforming facility management into an orchestrated process where all stakeholders work together efficiently, much like a well-coordinated symphony.

“Our mission has always been to make facilities management effortless through collaborative intelligence,” said Felipe Ávila da Costa, co-founder and CEO of Infraspeak. “This funding will allow us to accelerate our growth and bring our vision to more markets globally. We are committed to revolutionizing how buildings are managed by connecting everyone involved in their operations—from maintenance staff to financial managers—ensuring smooth and efficient performance.”

Accelerating Global Expansion

With a user base exceeding 60,000 and more than 240,000 buildings under management, Infraspeak plans to use the new capital to bolster its global footprint. The company aims to deepen its presence in key regions, including France, the DACH region, and the Nordics, while also scaling up its workforce by welcoming over 100 new hires by 2025.

“Infraspeak has developed a platform that goes beyond traditional facilities management by connecting all players involved in the operation of a building. We see tremendous potential in their ability to digitalize and revolutionize how facilities are maintained,” said Martijn Hamann, General Partner at Endeit Capital.

Enabling the Future of Work in Facilities Management

As workplaces around the world continue to evolve towards more flexible and dynamic environments, the demand for digital transformation in facilities management is growing. Infraspeak’s platform is at the forefront of this trend, offering the tools and automation necessary to simplify tasks, optimize resource usage, and improve operational efficiency.

“Our platform enables the digital transformation and seamless collaboration modern workplaces need,” Ávila da Costa added. “With the support of Endeit Capital and our other investors, we’re poised to become the go-to platform for facilities management worldwide.”

Strengthening the IFM Community

Infraspeak also plans to expand its Inside Facilities Management (IFM) Community, which already boasts over 1,000 members. The community serves as a global hub for facilities management professionals to share knowledge and experiences, with plans for the IFM Tour to return in 2025, hosting events across Europe, South America, and Africa.
