Fintech Software Developer
Description
Develop and implement AI-driven data analysis strategies to support product development and business decision-making processes across various platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science) to integrate AI and data analytics into business workflows, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business performance and support FinTech AI Labs’ strategic initiatives.
Conduct detailed statistical and machine learning analysis on customer behavior, market trends, and financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Design and develop predictive models to enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes within the FinTech ecosystem.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and Data Science to recommend innovations that can enhance AI Labs’ products and services.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve data accuracy, model performance, and the overall user experience through AI and data insights.
Create and present clear reports and visualizations that communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate the effectiveness of AI and data analytics initiatives and recommend continuous improvements based on data-driven results.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in AI, Data Science, or Analytics, preferably within the FinTech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning tasks.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for emerging technologies and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and techniques in AI and data analytics.
